The meals were all incredible, made with many ingredients from their own garden and cooked with great care on-site. No processed food. They provided fresh ingredients and food, including sweets and desserts made from scratch with every meal, even offering up to 3-4 courses per meal, and the flavor of everything was fantastic!
The cabins were super nice, with everything you could need, very clean, private, and well-lit and ventilated. There was an ensuite bathroom with hot water. Something that surprised me was that the sink water is drinkable, which worked perfectly for me because I drink a lot of water throughout the day.
Additionally, they have very nice common areas, and all meals are served in an area with a beautiful view of the ocean. They also have a sun deck, a gym, a hiking trail, stand-up paddleboarding and floats for guests, and many activities, including Reiki sessions at the Healing Center, wine and pizza tastings, and boat tours. I took the Cayo Zapatilla tour and loved the attention to detail, even providing water and mats for guests.
Finally, the staff is incredible. They make you feel like part of the family throughout your stay, and it genuinely gives you the feeling of being at home with your extended family. A huge thank you to Liset, Andy, Rafa, Gladys, and of course their two loving dogs, Pirata and Cuca. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience! We hope to return soon! 😊

We spent 4 days at the beautiful Isla Popa in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Our ocean cabana (The Dolphin) was an absolute dream! The views were spectacular, from sunrise each morning to watching the moon cross the ocean at night. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, and the hospitality and tours were incredible.
We took two tours during our stay (once to Red Frog Beach and once to Cayo Zapatilla) and all I can say is WOW ! Our boat guide knew his way around the islands of Bocas so well and even brought us to some very special extra places in between tours.
Liset and her husband were the most gracious hosts! They made sure that my specific food requests were taken care of in the kitchen which added a level of comfort and ease to my stay.
The yoga deck and Liset’s crystal and oracle card teachings were also so beautiful.
We can’t wait to go back!
